By downloading, accessing, or using With Drop ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

With Drop is an iOS application that provides audio recording and AI-powered transcription services. The App allows you to:

• Record audio directly on your device
• Transcribe audio files using artificial intelligence technology
• Store and manage your transcriptions
• Generate summaries and titles from your transcribed content

3. Subscription Terms

With Drop offers an auto-renewable subscription called "Audio Pro" through Apple's In-App Purchase system, managed by RevenueCat:

• Free Tier: New users receive 60 minutes of free transcription upon first use
• Subscription Pricing: Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your App Store account settings after purchase

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are made through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple according to their policies:

• To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly for App Store purchases
• Refund eligibility is determined solely by Apple's refund policy

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not upload or transcribe content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Not upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the App
• Not use the App to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Obtain necessary permissions before recording or transcribing conversations involving other people
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding recording and transcription in your jurisdiction

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to your audio recordings and transcriptions. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing transcription services.

Our Content: The App, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by With Drop and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

With Drop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of transcriptions
• We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in transcriptions
• We are not liable for any service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on transcription results
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Use
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

You may stop using the App at any time. To cancel your subscription, you must do so through your Apple ID account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which With Drop operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
